● Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the box is unopened, and the tape or string has not been removed.
In all other situations, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

● For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, free shipping is not applicable, and the round-trip shipping cost of $600 will be deducted from the refund amount.

● All refunds will be processed within one week after the inspection of the returned products.
