1. Free Delivery: Delivery will begin within 2 hours after payment is completed and applies to orders of 2 or more cigarette display shelves within a 100 km radius of Sydney CBD.

 

2. Standard Delivery: Delivery will begin within 2 hours after payment is completed and will take 3 to 7 days, excluding weekends.

For Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane: Delivery fee is $300 for 1 unit and $350 for 2 units.

For Perth, Darwin, Cairns, and non-urban regional areas: Please contact the service center for inquiries.

 

3. International Shipping: Please contact our customer service center.

 

● Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the box is unopened, and the tape or string has not been removed.
In all other situations, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

● For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, free shipping is not applicable, and the round-trip shipping cost of $600 will be deducted from the refund amount.

● All refunds will be processed within one week after the inspection of the returned products.
